All flights and transfers to and from the cruise are included, but if you wanted to treat yourself and had the money, you could charter your own plane to take you to the first port of call. For something as expensive as jet charters, you want to make sure that the company you do it through will not rip you off in the process. There will be nothing more exhilarating than arriving at your cruise liner straight from your private jet and knowing that it will be ready and waiting to pick you up upon your return.
If a private jet isn't quite what you were after, you could book a private helicopter to take you all the way onto the ship as many come complete with helipads. This is certainly one way to make an entrance. Unfortunately for many of us, these are just pipe dreams, but if money is really no object than you might as well enjoy it while you can.
